Hi,
I want to implement the security option like Login,Register User, and so on for my website.
How can I do this because I don't have the magic tools ASP.NET Configuration?

How can I create new group "Members" for example?

Please help me how should I implement this stuff.

Did you want to password protect a particular directory?
There is an option in your control panel to do this. The only disadvantage is you must manually create the username/password.
