"Recycle bin is corrupted" after plesk installation on windows 2008

On Windows 2008 Plesk builds after installing Plesk on first login you receive an error message stating 'The recycle bin is corrupted'.

SOLUTION:

1.Remove and recreate folder $Recycle.Bin on each drive. Run this command in the root of each physical drive:
rmdir $Recycle.Bin /S /Q && mkdir $Recycle.Bin
2.Copy DiskSecurity.xml from attachment to %plesk_dir%\etc\DiskSecurity\
3.Run %plesk_bin\applysecurity.exe --apply or use Reconfigurator
