We are currently experiencing a chill loop failure in Vancouver. The building engineers are currently investigating. Temperatures are currently holding. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will provide updates as they are available.

Chillers are back online at this time and the cold water temperature has returned to normal. Temperatures in the data center are returning to normal levels. We did not experience any infrastructure failures due to this event.
