I chose Canadian Webhosting because it was a Canadian company that was local and I could talk with local sales and tech support people. I transferred my accounts and several client accounts and continued to use this company for new clients because it was locally based.
However, today I tried to use Live Chat for Tech support which is no longer possible and my phone call directed me to a Call center in the Philippines! What happened to the "Canadian" in Canadian Web hosting??!!?? There is nothing worse then attempting to resolve tech issues with individuals with Incomprehensible accents combine and lousy overseas phone connections. With so many Canadians needing work, there is no reason other then greed to go offshore.
I am not happy about this and will be looking for a new locally based "Canadian" web hosting company with locally based tech support for my existing and future web hosting needs.
