I apologize to all those customers that was affected by this servers downtime. There was a segmentation error in the mirror set and we were not able to recover from the raid. This was even on one of our most expensive servers, HP DL360 with 300Gb SCSI drives. It had no warning whatsoever that the drives had problems until we noticed the OS wasn't doing what it suppose to. When we got to it, it was too late.

We are still in the process of restoring this server and assisting our customers with any errors that may arise. We will also be giving some credit for this downtime.
