I have a domain purchased through another provider. I have redirected that domain to the public_html directory on my webspace on CWH using a redirection on the other provider's control panel. I have another domain redirection over there which works fine.

I can display the html files on my CWH webspace as webpages, but if I try to run a php file on CWH I get the file does not exist error. I have checked that the files are there and are executable in the file manager.

Is there some reason why I can't run php on a re-directed domain? Do I need to transfer the whole domain over to CWH?

Please open a support ticket with our support team and they will review the redirection within your control panel.

Domains does not need to be transferred.
