Dear CWH Customer,

Please be advised that we will be performing a scheduled electrical maintenance at the VANCOUVER Data Center facilities, during the
following date and time:

Friday, April 9th, 2010 at 22:00PM PT to Saturday, April 10th, 2010 at 08:00AM PT

This maintenance is necessary to inspect all UPS units and battery cabinets. This work will be NON SERVICE IMPACTING, however, the UPS units may be placed into bypass mode for a portion of this maintenance.

All necessary preventative measures have been taken, but due to the nature of the work being performed, we advise you to take all
precautions possible to ensure your equipment and data remain intact in case of an issue.

We will have additional support staff on hand during the maintenance period.
