Scheduled Electrical Maintenance Notification *NON SERVICE IMPACTING* - Vancouver - Nov 8th, 2010 23:00PM to Nov 9th, 2010 07:00AM


Please be advised that we will be performing a scheduled electrical maintenance at our Vancouver Harbour Centre 21st Floor West Facility during the following windows:

Monday, November 8th, 2010 23:00PM PT to Tuesday, November 9th, 2010 07:00AM PT Wednesday, November 10th, 2010 22:00PM PT to Thursday, November 11th, 2010 07:00AM PT

This maintenance is required to upgrade the power feed and replace capacitors for HCW UPS 7.

This maintenance is NON SERVICE IMPACTING; however, the UPS that supplies power to your cabinet will be temporarily placed into bypass mode. Your network connectivity also traverses the infrastructure that is powered by this UPS. All necessary preventative measures have been taken, but due to the nature of the work being performed, we advise you to take all precautions possible to ensure your equipment and data remain intact in case of an issue. Canadian Web Hosting and the appropriate electrical/mechanical staff will be present for the entire duration of this maintenance window.
