Dear Customer,

Please be advised that we will be performing an electrical maintenance at our Vancouver Harbour Centre during the following window:

Monday, July 23 to Tuesday, July 31st, 2012 from 07:00 AM PT to 16:00 PM PT Daily (14:00 - 23:00 GMT)

This maintenance is required for our electrician to replace the bypass breaker on UPS-6, with the actual replacement taking place on July 28th from 23:00 to July 29th at 03:00. In order to perform the replacement the UPS unit will will be de-energized, and there will be NO UPS protection during this maintenance. The building will be running on generator for the duration of the maintenance in order to provide a higher level of reliability.

This maintenance is NON SERVICE IMPACTING; During this maintenance the UPS bypass cabinet will be opened up exposing live electrical circuits and customers will have NO access to the HC21W and HC21N facilities during power transitions due to the increased risk involved. Canadian Web Hosting and the appropriate electrical/mechanical staff will be present for the entire duration of this maintenance window.
