Email delivered, but Outlook XP is throwing an error

Hi - I've just transfered my domain over to you, and while I am able to send and receive emails to and from my domain - my Outlook XP client is producing an error "mail.hozho.ca" - Sending and Receiving reported error (0X800CCC0D) ' Unable to find the e-mail server. Please verify the server infromation in your account properties". I followed the Flash demo on your site for configuring the account. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi,

The dns servers were still pointed at your old hosting provider (baremetal).

I have made the dns changes. Give it 24 hours for it to refresh to our servers.
