Please be advised that we will be performing an emergency scheduled network maintenance at our VANCOUVER datacentre during the following window:

Tuesday, August 10th, 2010 at 22:00PM PT to Wednesday, August 11th, 2010 at 03:00AM PT

This maintenance is necessary to replace a faulty line card on our distribution routers in Vancouver. This is in relation to the Network Outage which occurred on July 24th, 2010.

During this 5 hour maintenance window, clients may experience periods of latency and packet loss. BGP clients will see their session drop during these times as well. We will have additional on hand to deal with any unexpected issues.
