Dear Customer,

We are currently experiencing an issue that is affecting a portion of our Vancouver data center. Engineers have been notified and are working on a resolution as quickly as possible. The issue is isolated to one of our Vancouver distribution routers. Most of the customer routing has fallen over to the redundant set of routers, but there are a few remaining network segments experiencing connectivity issues. Engineers are currently on route to the data center to address these last few issues. Clients may notice periods of latency as we work to resolve the issue.

Connectivity has been restored to over 95% of the affected customer base. Engineers are on site working to resolve the remainder.

At this time all non-BGP customers should have connectivity restored. Engineering is in the process of restoring connectivity to BGP customers.
