KLM (Royal Dutch Airlines) is offering free custom luggage tags. You can upload your own picture and they're make it and send it to you. I made my own a few weeks ago to see if it was legit and I just received them in the mail. It's pretty nice considering it is free. The tags are laminated but the photo quality is quite nice.
