How to fix parsing errors after installing wordpress plugin

Postby sodafox » Fri May 16, 2008 10:28 am

I inserted some code into my wp-config.php file in my word press. According to the instructions from the smoothgallery website. I also uploaded the smoothgallery files into the wordpress plugins directory, as instructed.

Now I just get this message when I try to get to my website.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '}' in /home/jaxel/public_html/sodafox/sodafoxblog/wp-config.php on line 28

I ran into this sort of problem before but I was able to fix it through wordpress permalinks for some reason. Now I can't becaue I can't even login to fix my problem.

I've fixed the code and re-uploaded the whole wordpress directory back onto server but it doesn't get rid of that nasty message and my website. It's like the server is holding onto the old bad code and not refreshing back to the right files after I've fixed them.
Please let me know how to fix my website.
