Scheduled Network Maintenance Notification **SERVICE IMPACTING** - Toronto - #95241 - Wednesday, July 28th, 2010 from 02:00AM ET to 04:00AM ET

Dear Customer,

Please be advised that we will be performing a scheduled network
maintenance during the following window:

Wednesday, July 28th, 2010 from 02:00AM ET to 04:00AM ET

This maintenance is necessary to add additional fiber paths between our
1 Yonge and 151 Front Street facilities for improved redundancy.

During this 2 hour maintenance window clients may experience up to two 5
minute periods of latency and packet loss. BGP clients may see their
session drop during these times as well.

CWH will also have staff on hand to deal with unexpected issues.
