I am planning to open a re-seller account next week. I have a friend with an existing site and I want to move this site to my re-seller account.
What information do I need from her in order to do this?

Hello Michelle,

If you want to move a site to your reseller account. You have to first create this site under your reseller account. If you can get a backup from them, we can then restore the site contents from our end.

If you are planning to change the nameservers to us, the nameservers should be changed to that of ours at the registrar end.
