Can you install ruby gems on a ca pro plan? and if so, what is the process?
As most gems require root permissions, I would imagine that your staff would need to perform the install.

Please post a ticket to support@canadianwebhosting.com with your account details. We need to check whether you account is hosted on RoR server.
If not, we can move your domain to such a server. Once it is done , you can install RoR applications from the Cpanel interface. |

Did the the ticket thing and BAM! the gem was installed for me on the server.
