Hello,

I would like to know how to reset my system to "Factory Defaults".

I am redoing the website and have backed up what I need, but I would like a nice clean slate to work off of rather then all the junk kicking around in the system.

Yeah, for resets we have to delete the entire account and recreate it. So a quick tech ticket will get that done Smile
