Hi:
I just purchased a service plan and I noticed that I can only login into cpanel and ftp through the ip provided. When I tried the domain name, it just wouldn't connect.
Is it because I bought the domain name at another site and didn't transfer it to here? thanks! It would be awesome if someone could explain what is happening.

Hi,

In your getting started email, there are 2 DNS host names:

DNS1: ns***.canadianwebhosting.com
DNS2: ns***.canadianwebhosting.com

Provide these to your domain name registrar to have your domain name pointed to us. Once done, it may take upto 24 hours for it to resolve.
