Hello,
1. You can see our various plans at :
http://www.canadianwebhosting.com/standard_hosting.asp
If the traffic to your site is normal, you can try out with our Basic plan. You can upgrade to other plans at any time.
2. We can transfer the site from your old server to our server once you provide us the access to old server or a full backup from old server.
