From your getting started page
[size=x-small]
gettingstarted.asp
DOMAIN NAME TRANSFERS
(ignore if it's new domain name registration)
If you are transferring your domain name, you will receive an email to the domain name admin email from Enom or Tucows/OpenSRS (which is our registrars). Follow the directions in that email to transfer it out. Make sure to unlock the domain name at your current registrar before confirming.

I have now completely transferred my site over from another hosting company, and am waiting for the DOMAIN NAME company (Enom or Tucows) to send me to email so that it can propagate.
How long does this take? I had assumed it would happen within a short while.
Thank you! So far, so good! ...Vern |

You can check the administrative email that the transfer letter gets sent to by going to:
http://www.whois.sc
and typing in your domain name.
Delays can arise when the administrative email is set to the previous hosting company, registrar or sometimes masking services (contact@privacy.ca).
If this happens, then you need to contact your current registrar and ask them to change it to something you control.
Once it's done, contact us again to resend the transfer letter.
