Hello,

I haven't modified my galleries at all,
but they now have this error:

Error (ERROR_PLATFORM_FAILURE) :
in modules/core/classes/GalleryTemplate.class at line 270 (gallerystatus::error)
in modules/core/classes/GalleryTemplate.class at line 222 (gallerytemplate::_initcompiledtemplatedir)
in main.php at line 318 (gallerytemplate::display)
in main.php at line 87
in main.php at line 80

I was wondering if there's been a script change, and how to describe this problem to resolve through tech support.

Hello,

Please check the permissions of the folder g2data of your gallery. Make sure that it is recursively changed to 777. If you are still getting this error, let us know the gallery link. We will check the error and fix it for you.

the g2data directories are at 777.

The galleries are

sakana-tama com/world/v/lookitdis

and

sakana-tama com/inuscreen
