I am trying to change to change some group ownership of files through SSH. When I log into SSH I am the user of the files and am in the group of these files but when I try and change the group ownership to nobody (for PHP) it won't allow it, i get:

chgrp: changing group of `xml': Operation not permitted

Any help would be appricated.
