Hi, I'm setting up a new website, and I want to find out if your services provide back up for all the data stored in your servers?
I was using a different provider before and after a server crush I lost all data for my website.

All customer content is backed up weekly and monthly.
If you require a backup, we charge $35 per restore.
Customers do have an option in their control panel to backup everything to their local computer.
