Hello
I cannot login to ftp account even I followed exactly the tutorial.
Lets say:
- I have created one ftp account
username : thisusername
pass: thispass
I setup WS FTP as follow:
profile name: myname
host name/address: 69.61.32.2
host type: Unix (standard)
user ID : thisusername
Password: thispass
Account :
Startup tab/ Initial Remote... : /public_html
Initial Local Folder: c:

Advance tab / Passive transfer unchecked

After attempt : Autentification failed! Why? The account is there, the user name and pass are ok.

Also my ftp is set for anonymous, but also if I try to login as anonymous the message is : This is a private system, No anonymous login!.

I have no clue what to do next.

Hi,

We do not allow anonymous ftp access on Basic plan.

I see you created an ftp account.
You need to use the full login which is usually in the forum:

username@domain.com

Startup tab/ Initial Remote is /username

Login to Cpanel to check the full ftp login name.
