I would like to know how I can installed new script like 4Images Gallery, Coppermine Photo Gallery and Gallery

Login to Cpanel and click Fantastico.
You need to be on Starter plan or higher.

I have upgraded to an Starter Plan but I don't see the Fantastico icon.

Please help me.

Don't use the ip address to access Cpanel. Instead use http://yourdoman.com/cpanel

If you still don't see it, send a support ticket and they will look at it.
