Might cwh consider supporting etrn? I'm not a mailadmin so it might involve problems which aren't obvious to me. Also, I don't know for sure what mta cwh is using but it seems doable in Exim, at least according to http://www.exim.org/exim-html-4.30/doc/html/C037.txt.
