What will be a better one firewall I can download and use for free, that will come with my windows xp and won't slow it down? :(

Winows XP does have a buit in fire wall, please use it.

Comodo is another option you can download it from http://www.personalfirewall.comodo.com/

Make sure that you dont use two firewalls at the same time.
