Hi there, we can't seem to get all of our email accounts working properly.
We have 4 users, and only one of them has working email. We keep getting error messages saying the username or password is incorrect. I've tried deleting them and starting over but it's the same thing every time.
I'm stuck!
We are using Thunderbird as our mail software, but I have tried setting it up in Outlook to see if Thunderbird is the issue, but we have the same problem.
Any ideas?
