Hi again... sorry to keep bugging you guys.. I got my new web up and running this a.m. and all was fine until I made some additions this aft. And tried to publish using FP. An now I'm getting "404 Not Found
Not Found
The requested U R L /_vti_bin/shtml.exe/_vti_rpc was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

what did I do?
