getting to a command line

hi how can I get a linux command line to my site? some kind of shell, telnet, anything?

If your account is hosted with CA Value or CA Pro plan, we can enable SSH or shell access for your account.
Please send in a request to support@canadianwebhosting.com with your domain details, so that we can check this for you.
If you need to upgrade your hosting plan, you can upgrade it through AMC of your account or you may send a request to sales@canadianwebhosting.com.
