Hi I'm trying to install CiviCRM as a Joomla component, but the server/browser keeps timing out. I attempted to follow the instructions in the installation steps by modifying the PHP.INI file in the root web directory, but that doesn't seem to work either.
I access Joomla, and attempt to install from there as instructed, but eventually my browser just times out. Any hints?
