After installing a new Gallery installation for my personel use, it does not want to create any thumbnails after uploading images however the 4images program works fine on a customer of mines website hosted here.

I've looked for an Image Processing program using the file manager but can't seem to find its location or if one is installed.

How do I install one of the image processing CGI scripts for this web server to work with the Fantastico Gallery Image Program.

Please open a ticket regarding this problem at support@canadianwebhosting.com.

For the thumbnails to be generated, the server should have GD or Imagemagick and the gallery should be configured to use them. All of our server have GD installed on it.

Please include the domain name, URL to access the gallery and its admin username and password in the ticket you open. We will check the problem for you.
