There is phone support from Monday through Friday and email support on weekends. There was a new firewall installed for our account management center and it has now been resolved. If you want to access your hosting control panel, you can bypass AMC and just type:

http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel

replacing your domain.com with your actual domain name.

I required access to the AMC, I know I can get to the host control via cpanel.

Regardless, I don't think you do offer email support on the weekends. At least I have had no luck with it.

I have sent a couple emails. I have spent the time that I was waiting for a reponse (all day Saturday and this morning) writing a test email to a few other Canadain web hosts who offer similar services. Response time was within five minutes.

Hi,

Did you receive a reply? Email support can take up to 24 hours for a response. We reply to all technical questions.

24 hours is fine, as long as you advertise that. 24/7 means a customer can get support right away, not in 24 hours. I probably would have went with a different host had I known 24/7 at CWH means, well, sometimes within 24 hours, and no support on weekends.

email response for my last requests, which I also posted on the forum regarding the user name of the apache web server processs (which was contradicotory to the email response btw) was on May 10, 2006 3:18 PM to message sent on May 9, 2006 9:08 PM
"Hello,
it's a "nobody"
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Thanks,
Alex"

Hi,

It is "nobody".

We run several different server environments and some run as apache and some as nobody.

If you are not satisfied with our response times, there is a 30 day money back guarantee within your signup date. But 24 hour response time is the norm within the hosting industry.

I checked with the techs and you sent the weekend ticket at:

Sat, 6 May 2006 15:18:47 -0700

and it was responded at:

Date: Sun, 7 May 2006 13:49:28 -0700

So I'm not sure where the statement "no support on weekends" came from.
