cPanel has recently announced that their Customer Service Team will be opened 7 days a week.

"The Customer Service Team will be available weekends from 6:00AM to 4:00PM(Central) in addition to current coverage of 6:00AM to 6:00PM (Central) Monday through Friday. "

These extended hours will allow our Support staff to provide faster service and resolution on issues that are escalated to the cPanel Customer Service Team.
