DNS template has record:
webmail.<domain>. A 1.2.3.4

domain is created with correct dns settings:
webmail.helloworld.com. A 1.2.3.4

but when you try to enable horde on domain, host header for horde will be in IIS->webmail(horde):
webmail.helloworld.com 10.102.10.12

In other words it uses IP address which is configured for domain, it does not use IP address from DNS template and horde does not work for domain.

SOLUTION:

In attach websrvmng file with new webmail binding behaviour. It applicable to PP 9.3.0 and 9.5.1 as well. But in 9.3.0 case you need to install VCRedist_x86.exe and restart plesksrv.
After that, you can launch

"%plesk_bin%\websrvmng.exe" --reconfigure-webmail

to update all current bindings.
