Yes you can, there is a multimedia section in site builder, and you can add photo gallery, sound, video, flash and file download option to your website.

Simply login to your sitebuilder account, select-> Your website page, site addon (At the bottom), select the section you want it to addon, multimedia, add, add file and click done
