AC Maintenance Notification **NON SERVICE IMPACTING** Toronto - #93031 - Monday, June 14th, 2010 from 22:30PM to 23:00PM ET

Dear Customer,

Please be advised that the chill loop provider (Enwave) for the 151
Front St building will be performing an emergency maintenance during the
following window:

Monday, June 14th, 2010 from 22:30PM to 23:00PM ET

This maintenance is necessary to perform a controlled load transfer at
Enwave's Toronto plant.

Due to the nature of the work being performed we are sending this out as
a precautionary notification. This is expected to be a NON SERVICE
impacting maintenance, however you may notice slight increases in
ambient temperature of a few degrees lasting for the duration of the 30
minutes maintenance window.
