1) Launch reconfigurator
2) select 'change vhost' location
3) proceed
ACTUAL RESULT:
Error:
Unable to seeking to end of stream: (5) Access is denied.
SOLUTION:
Fixed psaobsolete.dll for 9.3.0 in attach.
