Please be advised that we will be performing a scheduled maintenance at the Vancouver datacentre during the following window:

Thursday, September 16th 2010 at 11:00PM PT to Friday, September 17th 2010 at 2:00AM PT

This maintenance is necessary to improve the power redundancy to our Network Infrastructure in the Vancouver facility.

This maintenance will be SERVICE IMPACTING. As your network connectivity traverses the infrastructure that is being upgraded, you will see a network service drop for up to 5 minutes during this 3 hour maintenance window. Please note that this maintenance will not affect power distribution. We will have additional staff on hand to deal with any unexpected issues.
