Friday, October 8th, 2010 from 00:01 AM PT to 03:00 AM PT
This maintenance is necessary to troubleshoot Plane errors which have appeared on an FPC card on one of the routers located at our Vancouver Facility.
This maintenance will be NON SERVICE IMPACTING. During this maintenance window, you may experience brief periods of latency and packet loss as traffic is routed around the affected links. BGP customers may experience a loss of network connectivity for 30 minutes while the router is being worked on. The duration of this maintenance window will be 3 hours. We will have extra staff on hand to deal with any unexpected issues.
