The first question asked when setting up a new hosting account with Canadian Web Hosting is in reference to your domain name.

You will need to choose one of three options. I have broken down what these three options mean.

1. Register new domain name
Choose this option if you are registering a new domain name that is currently available .

2. Transfer domain name
Choose this option if you have a domain name with another registrar that you would like to transfer to us. You do NOT have to transfer your domain to us in order to have hosting with us.

3. Change Name Server Settings
Choose this option if you have a domain name with another registrar and wish to leave it there but have hosting with us.
