Dear Customer,

Please be advised that we will be performing an emergency electrical maintenance at our Vancouver Harbour Centre Facility during the following window:

Tuesday, December 20, 2011 from 07:00 PT to 10:00 PT (Dec 20, 15:00-18:00 GMT)

This maintenance is required to replace a battery on UPS 3 that was identified in our last preventative maintenance as reaching it's end of life.

This work will be NON SERVICE IMPACTING. Canadian Web Hosting and the appropriate building/mechanical staff will be present for the duration of this maintenance window.
