Did you know that since Plesk 10.4 version every email sent by any of your web hosting clients is sent from an IP associated solely to that client?
This serves two important benefits, the first being that if your client is blacklisted for sending SPAM, it only affects them and not your other customers in your install of Plesk. The second issue being, if you receive an abuse complaint about a specific client, it will now be far easier to track that client down in Plesk.
