Hi ! A few days ago I installed a plugin fro Wordpress called W3 Total Cache and noticed about a day or two later my disk space usage was up. I wasn't sure what was causing it at the time .So I checked "disk space usage " in cpanel and found " Other Usage" was as high as my public_html folder.Being unfamiliar with this "other usage" I didn't think too much of it.Today I check my cpanel and other usage is about double what it was a couple of days ago. Figuring it was the plugin that caused the creation of a bunch of garbage files, I uninstalled the plugin (other people have had this problem too- i looked it up) . This may stop usage of still more space on my disk but it did not remove the offending files which I have no way of accessing as "other usage" is not listed in file manager.I only have 500mb total disk space with about 264 mb taken up already- public_html is using 73.34mb and "other usage" is at 148.68mb.I would like to get my disk space back that this plugin wasted .Any thoughts? By the way,I didn't backup my site except for a softaculous backup of Wordpress.

To have this Other Usage, which is materially taking up your disk space, removed from the logs, we need to have access to your cPanel.

O.k The issue has been resolved -they couldn't find any garbage files .The cache was cleared and I just had to wait until cpanel refreshed the disk space usage .Everything's back to normal now. My website is: http://philmorin.ca
