To start, I've started a ticket with CWH support, and asked my clients ISP to look into the issue as well.
That said, I thought I'd throw the question out to the general community.
I switched over to CWH Flexible Cloud VM about a month ago. No problems except that one client in particular can receive emails from me, but I cannot receive any from them. Support tells me the domain is not blocked. In fact, we cannot even see any log of incoming emails, only my outgoing emails to them show up.
Has anyone else experienced this?
