What are packages? DO accounts go in packages?
Totally new at this...any help on getting set up would be appreciated!

Hi,

Packages are like templates that you can specify disc quota's, transfers, and what kind of features the customer can have. When you create your Cpanel account, you can set these manually or you can select a predefined package to fill in all the features for you.

We use 3 predefined packages for our hosting: CA Basic, CA Value, CA Pro

In whm, we create these packages so that it can apply to any new accounts.
