Dear Customer,

Please be advised that we will be performing a scheduled chilled water pump maintenance at our Vancouver, Harbour Centre facility during the following window:

Friday, October 25, 2013 from 06:00 PT to 18:00 PT (Oct. 25-26,13:00-01:00 GMT)

BC Comfort will be onsite to re-insulate two of our chilled water pumps and an exposed pipe elbow in our North Data Centre to eliminate condensation issues created by the current insulation.

This work is expected to be NON-SERVICE IMPACTING. We will be cycling the pumps to provide a dry working surface during each pump's re-insulation work without impacting the facility.
