Hi, we are looking to host a domain which needs to be PCI compliant. Can you tell me more about what you offer as hosting with PCI compliance? What do we need and what is the cost of a PCI compliant hosting?

Hi, For PCI compliance hosting, we will setup your server to pass the initial test.

The process is as follows:

1. Sign up for our web hosting service at this link: https://canadianwebhosting.com/packages.asp (It has to be at least VPS 2000 and higher, or either dedicated server hosting.)

2. Once the order is submitted, we will process your signup and setup your account. (VPS setup is 4-24 hours and dedicated servers setup is typically 24-48 hours but it can take longer depending on the customization of the order.)

3. In the mean time of waiting for your server to be setup, you will need to look for a third party PCI Compliant scanning company.

4. Once your server is setup, you will need to have the company scan your server and forward us your results.

5. We will patch up your server and then you will need to have the PCI Compliant Company scan it again.

6. If the second scan passes the test, then your server will be PCI Compliant, if not then we will continue to patch your server until it passes the test.

Note: There is no additional cost to have our company setup your server to be PCI Compliant, but the plan that you would need to sign up for has to be at least the VPS 2000 plan or higher.
