Please be advised that we will be performing a scheduled network maintenance during the following window:

This maintenance is necessary to perform a code upgrade on one of our backbone routers located at our Toronto, Front St Facility.

During this maintenance window, you may experience brief periods of latency and packet loss as traffic is routed to the redundant routing engine. Single homed customers will expect approximately 5-10 minutes of downtime during the 4 hour maintenance window, while the router code is being upgraded.
